The card must be in the main driver’s name and physically present at the pick-up. Prepaid cards, virtual payment methods, and cards from virtual banks might not be accepted. Additionally, some rental suppliers may require that your card has embossed numbers and that your full name is written on it (no initials). Be certain to remember your PIN number, too.
If you meet all of the above criteria, make sure that:
💲Your credit card limit is enough for the payment of the payable rental cost and the security deposit. If necessary, try to reach your bank to have it increased.
🌍 Your card is enabled for international transactions in the country you are picking up the car in. Contact your bank to double-check with them.
If the payment issue can not be resolved, get in touch with our customer support team for help. Also, keep in mind that last-minute changes, like changing the main driver’s name, might not always be possible, but we'll do our best to find another solution for you. ℹ️ Always remember to keep the POS receipts showing your card was declined. This will help us to follow up with the rental supplier.
