We encourage you to check in online whenever you can and to have all your documents ready. This helps minimize the time needed for pick-up. We understand that queues can be frustrating, especially during busy travel periods or if you’re heading to a meeting, and while they are outside our control.
As most of our suppliers require at least an hour's notice to prepare the car for you, and there may be late cancellation fees associated with your booking, switching to a different supplier usually isn't an option. We truly appreciate your patience!
If the queue is long and you’ve worried that your booking will be marked as a no-show, take a quick photo of the line when you arrive at the rental office. It’s a helpful way to document your situation–just in case we need to follow up with the supplier later. A little snapshot can go a long way!
