🔎 Check your voucher— as it shows the amount you should have paid at the pick-up. Compare it with the rental agreement you signed to see if everything matches. If at the rental desk, you added any extras like child seats, GPS, winter tires, or permission to cross the borders into any other country, the price would increase and it should be mentioned on the rental agreement.

🚗 The cost could also be higher if you upgraded the car, added rental days, or included extra drivers that weren’t in the price agreed at the time of the booking.

📞 If the rental supplier added extra insurance you didn’t agree on, you need to reach out to them directly. Their contact details are on your voucher. Since the rental agreement was signed by you at the pick-up, we can’t step in, as it’s a direct agreement between you and the rental supplier.
