We can only send you a receipt for the prepayment you have made on our website. Just message us with the details you need on it, and we’ll send it to you as soon as we can. 

If you need a VAT invoice,  share your VAT number and the company address, and we will issue it for you. (Remember that your VAT number needs to be valid for international purposes.)

Invoices can only be issued after the drop-off. Any payments made at the pick-up will be invoiced separately by the rental supplier. If you need a specific company name and address on the invoice, make sure to mention it at the pick-up, as it’s usually not possible to change it later. 

ℹ️ If you forgot to ask for an invoice or were left in a hurry, you’ll find the supplier’s contact details on your voucher to request it. In some countries, like Italy, Data Protection Laws mean suppliers can only issue invoices to you directly and not through us.
