📞 If your rental vehicle happens to be damaged, stolen or in an accident, please reach out to the supplier as soon as you can. You can find the contact number on your voucher and rental agreement. Make sure to take pictures or videos as proof of the damage and what has happened.

🚑 If there has been an accident and someone needs medical assistance, the first thing to do is to call emergency services. You can call 112 from any country in the European Union (EU), and some other countries as well. In the Americas, 911 is more commonly used.

📷 If not informed by the emergency services, contact the police to get an accident report. Make sure to take pictures or videos as proof of the damage and what's happened.

📥 The rental supplier may deduct the costs for any damages from your security deposit. If you've purchased our Full Coverage or RentalCover, be sure to file a claim to get reimbursed for any covered expenses.
