A "no-show" happens when you don’t collect your rental car at the scheduled pick-up time or within the allowed grace period. It can also apply if you arrive but can’t complete the rental, usually because you’re missing required documents like your driver’s license, credit card, or ID, or if you don’t meet the driver requirements (such as minimum age or license validity).
