If you cancel your booking at least 48 hours before the scheduled pick-up time (local time at the pick-up location), we'll happily refund your prepayment in full as Booking Credit (or back to your card if you prefer). 

If you need to cancel less than 48 hours before pick-up (local time at the pick-up location), you’ll be refunded only for the Full Coverage or RentalCover if you purchased them.
