We offer refunds in the form of Booking Credit for cancelled bookings eligible for a refund (check out our cancellation policy for details).
⏳ If you cancel your booking more than 48 hours before the pick-up, you’ll receive a full refund. If you cancel less than 48 hours but still before the pick-up time, only Full Coverage or RentalCover can be refunded (if purchased). If the cancellation request is received after the pick-up time, no refund can be given.
ℹ️ If you prefer not to use our Booking Credit, you can easily withdraw the funds back to your original payment method using the link at the bottom of your booking cancellation confirmation email.
