🔎 Check your voucher for the rental supplier’s contact details. If you need to call them, make sure you’re dialing the right number, especially when it comes to international codes. For example, if you’re in the U.S., use “001” before the number, or simply leave it away if you’re a local. Also, double-check that you’re at the right pick-up location mentioned on your voucher - it’s a simple detail that’s easy to miss.
👀 If you’re at the rental office and can’t reach the supplier, take a look around for any additional phone numbers that might be displayed, especially if your pick-up is outside of regular business hours. Some rental suppliers provide alternative contacts for out-of-hours service.
📞 If you’ve tried everything above and still can’t reach the supplier, remain patient if your pick-up time is still a little while away - the supplier might just be on their way to you. But if your pick-up time has already passed and there’s still no sign of them, it’s time to contact us. You can find our phone number in the My Booking section.
