📞You should contact the rental car company to inform them of the delay as soon as possible. Depending on the supplier’s policy and availability, they may be able to adjust your pick-up time. You can find the supplier’s phone number on your voucher.
🧑 Keep in mind that only the main driver can pick up the car. If you added any additional drivers to your booking, they won’t be able to pick up the car instead of you and will have to wait for your arrival.
ℹ️ If you can’t reach the supplier, please message us, and we’ll do our best to inform them. However, remember that the supplier is only guaranteed to hold the car for you for a certain period, which you can find in the Rental Conditions under Business hours.
✈️ Flight delays can happen. As they're out of our control, we aren't able to take responsibility for any issues or extra costs they might cause. We recommend contacting your airline or travel insurance provider to see if they can assist with compensation.
