Travel plans can change, and we understand the need for flexibility with your car rental bookings. To change your booking, you usually need to submit a modification request via the My Booking section at least 48 hours before your scheduled pick-up time.

All you need to do is:

• Log in to your account
• Navigate to the My Booking page
• Select the relevant options on " Modify booking"  to update your itinerary.

You can make the following changes to your booking:

⏲️ Changing Pick-Up and Drop-Off Dates and Locations

You can adjust your pick-up and drop-off dates and locations if your travel dates or destinations have changed. 

🚙️ Changing the Car/Vehicle

Whether you require a larger car for more passengers or a smaller one for city driving or want to change the transmission type, you can easily change your selected vehicle. Browse our options and choose the one that best suits your new requirements.

💺️Adding Extras

Enhance your rental experience by adding extra GPS, child seats, or additional drivers. You can also add them at the pick-up. Extras are subject to availability at the pick-up time. 

✖️Removing Extras

If you no longer need certain extras, you can remove them just as quickly. This flexibility helps you tailor your booking to your current needs without hassle.

✈️ Adding Flight Number

Adding or updating your flight number ensures that the supplier knows your arrival time, which can be particularly useful in case of flight delays. 

🔁️ Changing the Main Driver

Plans can change, and you might need to designate a different main driver for your rental. Update the driver information on the My Booking page to ensure a seamless handover process at pick-up. When adding a new driver, you should also make sure that they have all the required documents under their name, such as a valid credit card, driver's license, and passport/ID, which are physically present at the pick-up.

We’ll do our best to make any changes that you request. But keep in mind they aren’t guaranteed as they depend on availability and the supplier's modification policy. Sometimes, the changes may also affect the price.
