Rental suppliers usually don’t allow changes less than 48 hours before pick-up since rearranging their fleet and staff on short notice can be tricky. But good news—you might still be able to modify your booking!
💻On the My Booking page, under Modify booking, some reservations (mainly those with partial prepayment) can be adjusted up to 1 hour before pick-up. If you can’t modify it online within 48 hours, here’s what to do:
Suppliers are generally strict with last-minute changes, but they may be flexible with minor tweaks, like small shifts in pick-up times. If your flight is delayed, check your Rental Conditions on your voucher for the supplier’s business hours and grace period—this tells you how long they’ll hold the car. If you're running late, call the rental company (their contact details are on the first page of your Voucher and in the pick-up instructions on My Booking). Have your flight number handy so they can track your arrival.
📩 If you can’t reach the supplier, contact us via Message Us, and we’ll do our best to help. However, final confirmation and keeping the same daily rate are up to the rental company.
