Full Coverage is complementary to the Collision Damage Waiver and Theft Protection. It takes care of the deductible (excess) for both of these protections. If you end up with any damage, you’ll need to settle the costs with the rental supplier first, and we’ll reimburse you later.
🧮 Let’s say the Full Coverage limit is 🪙3000 (The exact maximum amount of compensation under Full Coverage is indicated on your voucher.). So, if you have a booking with a deductible (excess) of 🪙1200 and your car gets damaged in an accident with repair costs of 🪙4700, the rental supplier will cover everything beyond that 🪙1200. This means you’ll only pay a maximum of 🪙1200 to the rental supplier. After you pay the invoice, go to the My Booking section to submit your claim for reimbursement. We’ll review your claim and get back to you as soon as we can.
Remember, you have to submit your claim within 28 days of dropping off the car.
