Your card details are kept hidden for security reasons, and our Customer Service team can’t access them. You can message us, and we'll ask our accounting team for proof of payment.
If you want to change the card, you'll need to make a new payment for the full prepayment amount first. To do so, you need to message us about your intention to change the initial payment card. In this way, we can send you a new payment link. Once we receive the new payment, we’ll cancel the previous transaction and refund the money to your old payment card. Remember that the refund might take about 5 to 10 business days to appear in your account.
ℹ️ Any refund will be made to your original payment method. It’s not possible to refund the amount to any other card or account.
