This usually occurs if you’ve made several searches on our website and submitted multiple booking requests, each of which has its own booking number. If one of those hasn’t been paid, you’ll receive a reminder. 

⌛Feel free to ignore the payment reminder if you already have a confirmed booking and have received your voucher—the booking request will expire after 48 hours, and the offer will be automatically cancelled.
