Most of our rental suppliers will require that you return the car in the same condition as when you picked it up. If it requires more than the usual maintenance or a thorough cleaning due to being returned in an excessively dirty state, you might incur a cleaning fee—this is detailed in the rental supplier’s terms and conditions.

🚘 Inside the car: Remove all personal items or trash from inside the car. If needed, give the surfaces a quick wipe down and vacuum the floor and seats, especially if there were spills or dirt during the rental period.

🚙 Outside the car: The outside of the car doesn’t have to be spotless, but it should be free from mud or dirt. A full car wash isn’t usually required - just return the car in a reasonably clean condition, similar to how you received it.

Ask the rental agent at the pick-up about any cleaning fees to avoid any surprise at the drop-off. Some suppliers also might offer a cleaning service for a small additional fee.
