Grace period for pick-ups

The pick-up grace period is the extra time the rental company provides (within their operating hours) after the scheduled pick-up time, during which no penalties or cancellations are applied. This usually lasts between 30 minutes to a few hours. Your reservation is secure during this time, and there are no extra fees. Failure to pick up the car within this period without informing the rental company may lead to the cancellation of your reservation.

Grace period for drop-offs

The drop-off grace period is the brief time after the scheduled return time in which you can return the car without facing additional charges, as long as it falls within the rental company's operating hours. This grace period typically ranges from 29 minutes to one hour. Returning the car within this timeframe helps you avoid extra costs. Going beyond this grace period may result in charges for an additional day or at an hourly rate.
