You should contact the rental car company as soon as possible to inform them of the flight delay. Depending on the supplier’s policy and availability, they may be able to adjust your pick-up time. You can find the supplier’s phone number on your voucher.
If you’re unable to reach the supplier, please message us, and we’ll do our best to inform them. However, keep in mind that the supplier is only guaranteed to hold the car for you for a certain period of time, which you can find in the Rental Conditions under Business hours.
Delayed flights are out of our control, and we aren’t responsible for any issues you run into or additional costs you may face due to them. We advise you to check with your airline or travel insurance for possible compensation.
