Using your Booking Credit couldn’t be easier. When making a new car rental reservation, just enter the e-mail address you used for your canceled booking in the driver details section. Once you reach the payment page, our website will recognize your available Booking Credit and give you the option to use it for your payment.
If the amount due for your new booking is less than your available Booking Credit, don’t worry! You can use any leftover amount for your next booking or even request a cash refund.
If your car rental total exceeds your available Booking Credit, you’ll just need to cover the difference with a payment method of your choice.
ℹ️ Keep in mind that Booking Credit can only be applied to payments made on our website. While it can’t be used for outstanding amounts at pick-up, it can certainly be applied toward the payment for Full Coverage if you've chosen that option.
✨ Booking Credit that has been received as part of a promotion or claim is not refundable and can only be used for the payment of a new booking on our website.
