When you’re booking, you pick the car category that fits your needs, whether it’s a compact group, SUV, or luxury car. Your booking secures a car within your chosen category, but remember, it doesn’t mean you’ll always get a specific make, model, or year unless the provider confirms it or you see the “guaranteed” badge on the car banner.

When you arrive to pick up your car, you'll typically get one from the category you booked. If that category isn't available, don’t worry—you'll usually get an upgrade to a similar or even higher-category vehicle at no extra cost. Occasionally, if that’s not possible, a car from a slightly lower class might be offered.
🎨 It’s usually not possible to choose the color of the car unless the rental supplier has two of the same cars available at the pick-up time.
