If you’ve chosen a partially prepaid offer on our website, you’ll pay the prepayment and Full Coverage / RentalCover (if you opted for it) at the time you make your booking. The rental supplier won’t see these payments, as they are made directly to DiscoverCars.com. The remaining amount is due to the rental supplier when you pick up your car.
🔎 If you notice that the supplier is charging you more, be sure to check for any extras that weren’t requested in advance, like additional drivers, child seats, or permissions to cross the border, as they can increase the price. If you’re using a debit card, you might be asked to pay for additional coverage directly from the supplier. 📞 If you’ve already fully prepaid your booking, you’ll just need to pay for any extras at pick-up, including insurance, if it’s not included in your booking and you don’t have your own. If the supplier says your booking hasn’t been paid, get in touch with us right away—we’re here to help!
