A voucher is a document issued by us that confirms and guarantees your booking. You’ll need to present it when picking up the vehicle. It includes details such as the supplier’s contact details, the Rental Conditions, how to pick up the vehicle, the type of vehicle, and how much you need to pay when picking it up. If you purchased our Full coverage, information about it would be included in your voucher as well. 

We’ll send your voucher to you via email after your booking is confirmed. You can also download it in the  My Booking section. Be sure to check the details on the voucher, such as the pick-up and drop-off times, to make sure they match what was agreed upon during the booking process.
