To file a Full Coverage claim, visit the My Booking page and click the button in the Full Coverage section within 28 days of dropping off the car.
To file for compensation under Full Coverage, make sure the rental supplier has already charged you for the damage. Once they have, please provide us with all of the following:
- How you prefer to receive compensation: either your PayPal address or all of the bank details needed for an international transfer (account holder's full name, international bank account number (IBAN), SWIFT code, the name of the bank, and the address of the bank);
- A copy of your ID card or passport;
- The rental agreement that you signed when picking up the car;
- A picture or a filled-in checklist clearly showing the damage you were charged for;
- An invoice showing the amount charged for the damage;
- Your credit card statement or a receipt confirming payment for the damage;
- A police report if a third party was involved in the accident or if mandatory based on the rental agreement.
