You’ll have to pay for any damage to or loss of the vehicle up to the amount of the deductible if your rental includes a Collision Damage Waiver and Theft Protection. Otherwise, without your own insurance coverage, you’ll be liable for the full value of the vehicle.

If you have purchased Full Coverage from DiscoverCars, you’ll need to submit a request in the My Booking section with all the necessary documents. Once we receive your claim, we’ll analyze the situation and then refund you for covered charges and costs related to the damage or loss.

If you have purchased any coverage from the car rental supplier, you’ll need to contact them directly.

If you have your own insurance coverage, you’ll need to contact your insurance company and follow their procedure for claims.
