Where you’ll need to go to pick up your rental car will be shown in the pick-up instructions on your voucher. It may be:

• The rental desk inside the airport’s terminal (usually near baggage claim);
• The car rental center at the airport, which may be just outside the terminal or may require a shuttle to reach (follow the signs at the airport);
• The supplier’s off-airport location which you can reach with a shuttle they’ll provide;
• A specific meeting point where an agent will meet you and either deliver the car or take you to their office;
• The supplier’s office, the address of which will be on your voucher
