You can also always check the status of your booking at any time by visiting the My Booking section. It may show:
- Awaiting confirmation – This means we’re still waiting on the supplier to confirm your booking
- Awaiting the customer’s acceptance – We’re waiting for you to confirm our offer or finalize the missing payment. Please check your email and get back to us.
- Confirmed – This means your booking has been confirmed by the supplier.
- Cancellation in progress – We’ve received your cancellation request, and you’ll receive confirmation of the cancellation shortly.
- Cancelled - Your booking has been successfully cancelled.
ℹ️ If you didn’t receive a confirmation email, please check your spam folder as sometimes the emails can appear there.
