When renting a car, please remember that rental companies do not accept electronic copies of documents or virtual payments. You need to bring the following physical documents:

• A valid ID or passport (physically present at the pick-up). 
• A credit card (always check the Payment Policy for a specific car) in your name for the deposit and payment (physically present at the pick-up).
• A driving license must be in the main driver's name (physically present at the pick-up).

Additionally, check the Rental Conditions—Driver Requirements section for any other documents that might be required. To ensure a smooth rental process, ensure all documents are physically presented and in the primary driver's name.
