• If you already have an account, log in to our website or mobile app and navigate to the "Manage Booking" or "My Bookings" section.
• Contact our friendly support team with your name (the listed main driver on the reservation), email address, and booking date.
• Include any payment reference or transaction ID you have when contacting support.
