If you didn’t receive an email confirming your booking, try double-checking by refreshing your inbox and then checking your spam folder. You can also check the status of your booking at any time by visiting the My Booking section. It may show:
- Awaiting confirmation: This means we’re still waiting on the supplier to confirm your booking;
- Awaiting customer’s acceptance: This means that we’re waiting for you to confirm our offer or finalize missing payment. Please check your email and get back to us;
- Confirmed: This means your booking has been confirmed by the supplier. If you didn’t receive confirmation via email, please message us — we'll be happy to assist you. You can also download the voucher from the My Booking section.
