If you didn’t receive an email confirming your booking, double-check by refreshing your inbox and checking your spam folder. You can also check the status of your booking at any time by visiting the My Booking section. It may show:
- Awaiting confirmation: This means we’re still waiting on the supplier to confirm your booking;
- Awaiting the customer’s acceptance: We’re waiting for you to confirm our offer or finalize the missing payment. Please check your email and get back to us;
- Confirmed: This means your booking has been confirmed by the supplier.
